Assignment: Zurich North America's underwriting group needed a user interface demo of an enterprise workflow and document management application that would automate their underwriting process.

Challenge: gather requirements, produce initial interface designs, refine and finish the interface prototype in seven days.

Solution: work with users and business analysts on-site in a workshop environment. The finished clickable user interface demo brings together information in a way that empowers underwriters to work collaboratively while taking control of and managing their workload in a way that was previously impossible.
