Mavis retro rent-a-car

Assignment: Create an online booking tool that will allow rental agents to easily manage their inventory of vintage car rentals.

Challenge: Present a visually engaging user interface that captures the fun and energy of a company that offers classic European and American sports cars for rent while providing a robust tool that will work effectively with the xml data provided.

Solution: A Flash MX 2004 / ActionScript 2.0 application prototype that reads/writes data from the back end and presents this data in a playful application interface that emphasizes the retro vibe of Mavis' inventory. [view the project]
